Waitlist and account information

We process your email and selected airport to maintain the waitlist and contact you about access. The signup records the originating landing page and any campaign attribution included with it. Resend stores the contact and delivers confirmation and invitation messages. Invited accounts use Clerk for authentication. Account preferences, saved trips, alert rules and encrypted manual wallet balances support the app’s features.

Essential operation and optional tracking

The site needs hosting, request handling and abuse prevention to work. Short-lived rate-limit counters help protect signup. Your browser stores your privacy choices. On this marketing site, optional product analytics uses Vercel Analytics only after you enable it. Marketing measurement uses Meta Pixel only when configured and separately enabled. Those tools can receive page and interaction information; signup measurement can include the landing page and campaign source, not your entered email or wallet balance.

Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the page to change your selection. Both optional categories start off. Global Privacy Control keeps marketing measurement off. Revoking a loaded tracker reloads the page so the new choice applies. App tracking controls are separate from this marketing-site choice.

Service providers and links

Service providers process information needed for hosting, authentication, storage, email and, when enabled, payment processing. Airline, hotel and card-issuer sites you visit have their own policies. AwardAnchor does not take the credentials for your loyalty or bank accounts.

Access, correction and removal

Update your preferences and manual balances in the app. Reply to your invitation or confirmation email for a data request or waitlist removal. We may need to verify that you control the relevant email before acting.

Retention

Waitlist contacts remain until removed. Account information supports the account while it exists. Deleting an account does not promise immediate removal from provider records or backups; payment records and backup copies can follow their own required retention and lifecycle. Waitlist rate-limit counters expire after their short abuse-prevention window.
